Refund Eligibility

At Enquilatharvos, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our advanced financial analysis programs. Refunds are available under specific conditions and must be requested within designated timeframes.

We offer refunds for course enrollments based on when the request is made relative to the course start date and your participation level. Each situation is evaluated individually, but we maintain consistent standards across all programs.

Full Refund

Available when cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course commencement. No questions asked, complete refund of tuition fees.

Partial Refund

Applicable for cancellations made 7-14 days before start date, or within first week of classes with less than 25% attendance.

No Refund

After completing more than 25% of course content or attending beyond the second week of instruction.

Refund Process

Our refund process is straightforward and designed to handle requests efficiently. All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official channels. Here's exactly how the process works:

Submit Request

Email info@enquilatharvos.com with your full name, course details, enrollment date, and reason for refund. Include any supporting documentation if applicable.

Review Period

Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this period.

Decision Notification

You'll receive written confirmation of our decision via email, including refund amount (if applicable) and processing timeline.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Funds return to your original payment method.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. We work with financial institutions to ensure the fastest possible return of funds, but some delays are beyond our control.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers usually process within 3-5 business days. International transfers may require up to 10 business days.

Payment Plans: For students on payment plans, refunds are calculated based on total payments made minus any applicable fees. Future scheduled payments are automatically cancelled upon approved refund.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted by the enrolled student or authorized representative. Third-party requests require additional documentation. Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods as determined by financial institutions.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances sometimes arise. Medical emergencies, military deployment, or other significant life events may warrant special consideration beyond our standard policy.

These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation. Contact our student services team to discuss your specific circumstances if you believe special consideration may apply.

Course Changes: If Enquilatharvos needs to significantly modify course content, schedule, or format, affected students may request full refunds regardless of standard timelines.

Technical Issues: Students experiencing persistent technical problems that prevent course completion may be eligible for refunds or course transfers after our technical support team has attempted resolution.
